Even your greatest fear is no more than an illusion of the mind. 

Hate is no more than the deepest love transfigured by confusion. 

True love is ubiquitous 

And it is all already here right now. 

Behind the desire is stillness

Behind the aversion is peace

At the heart of all our obsession with the world is an experience not attached to past or future. 

All of mind is confusion. Useful missteps that overlay a simple truth which is with us right now. 

Behind the thoughts. 

Behind the goals. 

Behind purpose. 

Everything is everything. 

Just this moment. Just this breath. Just this wind chime. Just this birdsong.

There is no place to get to. No path to the kingdom of heaven. No journey to enlightenment. No following of the Dao. 

These places are this. You have already arrived there, nowhere.

Right here. 

Right now. 

You can acquire knowledge, conceptual ideas, ideologies. You can practice, and cultivate love and faith. You can define purpose and meaning. You can sacrifice for love. You can support and defend others. You can walk the path of the most glorious saint that ever was. But all of that is nothing more than a better version of illusion. Until you see beyond the stories, you are caught in an imagined world. There is nothing wrong with caring for others. Nothing wrong with sacrifice and pious acts. But the realization is nearer than these. It is right here. Underlying the words on this screen. Between them, behind them. Literally on top of them. Close your eyes and take a breath right now. That. Is all that is.
